Christmas Wishes Campaign

A series of interface designs for the NSPCC Christmas Wishes campaign, which allows people to make donations in a variety of ways such as sending a Letter from Santa, eCards and percentages of online purchases. The funds raised support the NSPCC's vital work to protect vulnerable children from abuse and neglect.

The Brief

The NSPCC's Christmas Wishes campaign allows people to make donations in a variety of ways, from sending a Letter from Santa to purchasing eCards. A percentage of each purchase supports the charity's work protecting children from abuse and neglect.

I was asked to design email templates and eCards to support the campaign.

Approach

Email Design

I designed a series of email templates to help keep users informed of the status of their Letters from Santa and highlight other features in support of the campaign. The aim was to present a clear message with a visually appealing, responsive layout and consistent branding.

eCard Design

Another feature of the campaign was personal and corporate eCards. I provided UX support for the functionality of the user journey from the website, to the creation of the eCards and email templates.
