A bit about me
I've spent 20+ years designing for screens and print, working agency-side, freelance, and running my own business. I'm happiest when I'm solving problems across different mediums and learning new tools along the way.
ABOUT ME
I've worked across agencies, freelance, and my own ecommerce business, giving me a broad perspective on how design fits into different business contexts. I'm comfortable moving between disciplines and picking up new tools quickly.
Full time agency roles
My first junior design role was at Zentropy Partners London, which later became MRM Worldwide. Over 6 years I progressed to Senior Designer and creative lead for RBS clients including NatWest, as well as projects for Microsoft, Intel, Nesquik, Magnum and Formula 1 campaigns for HP.
I later worked as Senior Designer for Brighton-based digital marketing agency Zero G Media, creating campaigns, email designs and WordPress websites for small business and corporate clients.
Freelance
Freelance work has included UX/UI design for clients including NSPCC, The RSA and Breakthrough Breast Cancer, and print design for Veg Power, a not-for-profit alliance with a mission to inspire kids to eat more vegetables.
I've also built websites in WordPress, Wix, Shopify and Webflow for a variety of clients including a psychologist, an engineering company, a Brighton homewares shop and an art gallery.
Ecommerce Business
Between 2014 and 2022 I designed and sold my own range of greeting cards and prints under the name Well Bred Design. I built an ecommerce website with Shopify, integrated apps like Yotpo and Klaviyo, and sold via marketplaces including Not On The High Street, Etsy and Thortful.
